As among the 156 key projects constructed during the period of the First Five-Year Plan of China, Shanxi Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd. (SXCF), a large-scale class A enterprise of combined type of military and civilian production under the direct jurisdiction of China Ordnance Industries Group, is the biggest protective equipment manufactory and coal-base activated carbon production base in China. 

We were established in 1953 with registered capital worth USD6,600,000 and annual turnover of USD18,150,000. SXCF products have been honored with province-and ministry-Level scientific and technical advancement awards and new excellent product development awards, e.g. the state top class award of scientific and technical advancement for filter, the state invention award for 77 type 500 gas-particulate filter and the state class A award of scientific and technical advancement for the flame-retardant conveyer belting. The SXCF technology for AC production has been introduced all over China. Technical assistance has been provided in the building of many coal-base and wood activated carbon factories in China. 

Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy, adhering to the philosophy of taking military production as the base and civilian production as the key, multiple operation and all-round development, SXCF has successively developed and produced all types of civilian and industrial gas masks, air filtration units, self-rescuers, conveyer belts, activated carbons, water purifier units, etc. Firm supports were given to the construction of the state key projects such as Beijing underground, railway, Shanghai underground railway and Chairman Mao Memorial Hall Construction of many similar manufacturer were completed. Purifying projects for pits, workrooms and computer rooms of dozens of organizations such as Datong Mine, North China Pharmaceutical Plant and No.9634 Research Institute were contracted. 

Moreover we are granted with Civil Gas Mask Supervising Certificate issued by Labor Ministry in 1995, China Well-Known Brand issued by China Well-Known Brand Research Committee, as well as ISO9002 Certification, thereby providing a further guarantee of our products reliability. Now our main trading districts are Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe, etc.
